Italian Pork Chops

Italian Pork Chops:

  • 4-6 pork chops
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • 3 tbsp. milk
  • 1 1/2 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. flour
  • Oil
Preheat over to 325 degrees. In a small bowl mix together eggs and milk. In another small bowl mix together breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese, place flour in another small bowl.

Start to heat olive oil in oven-proof skillet(s) over medium heat. Place each pork chop into the flour, press flour into pork chops, next place each pork chop in the egg mixture and then the breadcrumb mixture, make sure they are coated evenly. Place coated pork chops into the skillet(s) and brown on each side, usually about 5 minutes.

Place the skillet(s) with pork chop still in them into the oven (make sure your skillet is oven-proof, most are up to about 350 degrees) Cook for 20 minutes.

Take pork chops out of the oven and place on paper toweling or brown paper bag to get rid of any excess oils.
